The words we use to describe ourselves and our services can and should be impactful. When writing headlines, subheadlines, titles, body copy, etc. we must choose words that support our mission, vision and values. Words that promote quality should be used to verbally remind our audience of our vision and reason for being.

Synonyms of such words should be used to help promote fresh, consistent thinking. By constantly reinforcing our mission, enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with key words, we will ingrain in the mind of our audience that Bethesda is the place to go when they or a loved one has a need. Our goal is to be top of mind in the communities we serve when it comes to faithfully serving people with disabilities.
